Weigh-In: Week 6

131.4, a gain of 0.4 pounds, back up to my weight of two weeks ago.

Could it be that I have hit the dreaded plateau?

When I did WW before, I was exercising a lot. I don't really exercise at all anymore, at least not in any organized way. This is going to be a problem if I want to continue to lose (and I would like to get down to at least 125).

The coming week is filled with holiday social engagements, so we'll see how that goes.

I think you're doing great. Even without organized exercise, you probably move a lot more than you think just over the course of your average day.
